Take a look at the following page:

it gives the dose/mCi administered.



The following page gives typical activities for Imaging studies -- it doesn't give any therapeutic activities:

   http://www.crump.ucla.edu:8801/NM-Mediabook/main_tracers.html



Between the two you should be able to get typical doses for imaging studies.
