Normally I would respond by private post, but as there appears to be some broader interest:
 
NCRP-65 -- Management of Persons Accidentally Contaminated with Radionuclides, 1980.
 
Unfortunately this report is need of updating, as it does not reflect later experiences such as Goiania and Chernobyl, nor any of the other body of knowledge from the former Soviet Union.  If any NCRP members are out there reading this, maybe it's time to reconvene a subcommittee of SC-46 to update this report (hint).
 
Most of the other information that I have is in the form of individual papers, some published, others not.  Let me take a look around and see if I can post a more comprehensive bibliography.
