	According to this MSNBC article, Wagner will "present his research in July

at the Health Physics Society’s annual meeting in San Diego."



	Is the HPS really taking this seriously?  To me, Wagner sounds like a

cross between a nut case and a professional busybody.  Perhaps he is

searching for his Warholian 'fifteen minutes of fame.'
