Township Emergency Management Coordinator John Mitch says about 70 to 90
students were exposed. Mitch tells the Newark Star-Ledger the children were
advised to wash with soap and water as a precaution. The rock
has been in a closet since the start of the school year. It wasn't until
yesterday that a Geiger counter picked up radioactive readings. Mitch
says a contractor is coming in today to test every inch of the school. Thanks =============================== Frank C. Scarano II, Building 235 Room A 132
