CHP Exam Comments?

Over a week has passed, and no discussion of the CHP exam?  Did anyone out there take it?  Does anyone have a comment to share on either Part?



I've tried to reconstruct from memory the general subject areas of the Part II problems, with limited success: 



Required: 

Hot particles, skin injury definitions, skin dose averaging 

Health effects, background contributions, dirty bombs 

Inhalation (Pu-239, I-131), ICRP30, litigation defense 

Activation, alpha/neutron dose conversion, health effects 

Coincidence counting efficiency, statistics 

Buildup definitions, calculations 



Optional: 

ALARA justification, dose calculation, shielding, shipping 

Non-ionizing (lasers?) 

NORM (Th in soil), MDA, statistics 

Inhalation (Pu-239), protective measures/controls, ICRP60 

Reactor byproducts, radioiodine reduction 

Accelerators, neutron production 

Brachytherapy (I-131) implants, dose calculations, release criteria 



I can't remember the last optional problem.  But I know I did it, because non-ionizing and NORM make me nervous!
