George's Gems





I've been out of town a bit (but still keeping an eye on yuze guyz...and

galz, too). Here's another entry from George Washington's, 1746 book

called "Rules of Civility and Decent Behaviour In Company and

Conversation", reproduced with the spellings provided in the text, at

least as presented at http://www.buchanan.org/h-189.html



56th Associate yourself with Men of good Quality if you Esteem your own

Reputation; for 'tis better to be alone than in bad Company. 



Potentially interesting applications to Radsafe, I think. Also, let's

keep the thread on global warming on the topic of radiation somehow,

thanks.
