I believe WWII and the Cold War "allowed this mess to happen" and to

view in any other context is grossly unfair!



I also believe that barring any similar dire national crises there is

already sufficient sufficient regulatory framework in place to keep it

from happening again or that given such a crises that it would not be in

the best interests or conducive to the survival of our nation to NOT let

it happen again.
