Ah but Richard we both know that the general public and dare I admit this out 

loud even the repose public would be panicked by the "release" of radiation 

in this manner?



I know this would be an ineffective way to really cause harm to anyone let 

alone kill them BUT does John and Jane Q. Pubic and again dare I say this out 

loud john and Jane Q. RESPONDER? Know or would they care even?
