RE: metabolism of radionuclides

I would recommend that you consult chapter 8 (Internal Dose Evaluation) of the book

Radiological Assessment: Sources and Doses, Richard E. Faw and J. Kenneth Shultis, ANS (1999)

Best regards,

Grant

Subject: metabolism of radionuclides

Does anyone have a reference to a simple text for teaching

postgraduate students which deals with radionuclide metabolism - in

particular some discussion of what are the most highly irradiated

organs for ingestion /inhalation for the commonly encountered

radionuclides?

Many thanks

Monty Charles
