Betreff: Thorium in uranium ores.
Radsafers
Does anybody know of any references that gives the amount of thorium in
uranium ores?
-------------------------
John,
Since the (geological) origin of uranium ores differs extremely and as well
the origin of thorium, you should be aware, that there is no answer to your
question!!!! You can only do chemical analysis on your particular uranium
ore. Furthermore you did not mention the isotopes of thorium you are looking
for. Their abundance and ratio is not constant.
Best regards,
Franz
