How to calculate residual power

I wold be very grateful if anyone could say me how to calculate the 

residual power of 1Ci of Mo-99, and 1 Ci of Ir-192.

Another thing: Where I can find on the net, decay schemes of I-131, Ir-192 

and Mo-99.
