You should also take into account the radioactive emissons and ashes 

generated in a coal burning power plant.

I read Po 210 emissions are estimated on 10 Bq/g in combustion dust.  -> 

0.0001 man.Sv/MW Year?

Does anyone have more information about the ra emissions from coal plants 

and nuclear plants?
