I can't answer that question directly.  However, the average uranium content of U. S. coal is about 3%, and of course more than 99% of that is U-238.  If one assumes secular equilibrium, one should be able to calculate the Po-210 concentration (I haven't done it).  Also, 75% of the uranium in coal ash remains in the bottom ash.  Finally, coal plants in the U. S. control (trap) 98% to 99% of their fly ash.  



(These numbers are from a report I did for EPA about 15 years ago. They are not original with me, however -- I found them in various references.)
