Iran's Vice President Gholamreza Aghazadeh made the

announcement in Tehran Wednesday. Mr. Aghazadeh is also

head of Iran's atomic energy agency.

Nice to read an on-topic post from you! But you are much behind. Your

message was received 16:30 Middle European Wintertime and at this time the

agreement had been signed at least a few hours before. So the signature is a

fact and not a plan. That Iran would sign this agreement is known since

weeks and has been reported then.
