are you sure you don't mean "perception is important" or

something like that?



"Perception is reality" is nonsense, as has been explained more 

than once.



Here is what my Oxford dictionary says:



perceive - become aware of by one of senses; apprehend; understand.

perception - act or faculty of perceiving.



Now since it is easy enough to understand that, say, if you

are blind and don't see the tree in your way this does not mean

you will not hit it, it might well be that you are using some language 

variation which I fail to grasp.
