RE: I-131 Industrial Tracer

Probably they're worried about selling deterministic doses of radiopharmaceuticals to people who aren't Authorized Users for humans or animals. Their licensure may even restrict them to those kinds of transfers, in which case you're likely out of luck.  Have you tried asking the RSO's at the radiopharmacies if that's the reason?  Out of curiousity, what's the chemical form of the tracer?
