The following link will download an Adobe Acrobat Reader file of the entire

proposal. I want to Thank You all for your interest and information

concerning the proposal and the petition to stop it. The proposal failed to

gain enough support in the Senate this time around but undoubtedly it will

resurface in the future. I will not respond further on this subject as it is

not specifically related to the field of Radiation Protection. The rest will

be left to the Attorney type Health Physicists out there and the government.
