Re: Radiophobia wins again
An NPR program yesterday morning pointed out that polio is making a bit of a comeback in the U. S. because of a fear of vaccines. The relative risks of polio vaccine and the disease itself are not a matter of opinion, but very well documented, and something people of my generation can verify from direct observation. If we are going to cater in any way to unfounded fears, let's at least have a comparative risk assessment!
