Another document request

Colleagues ?



Thanks to the folks who responded to my previous request. I'm looking for one more document that I can't seem to find online ... it's Environmental "Regulatory Guide for Radiological Effluent Monitoring and Environmental Surveillance", DOE/EH-0173T (January 1991). I can find several summaries and references, but I REALLY need a copy of the document itself.
