IRVINE, Calif., March 2 (AScribe Newswire) -- A national research
committee recommends that state and local governments make their own
decisions about protecting the public from radioactive iodine in case of a
nuclear accident or act of terrorism, rather than "locking themselves into a
one-size-fits-all formula," says committee member L. Robin Keller, a
professor at the Graduate School of Management (GSM) at the University of
California, Irvine.
