Re: Societies issue primer on radiological terrorism threats:Kearny practicalities
I was able to locate the section in my copy. The copy
posted at the Web site is a later version. My copy,
copywrited 1982, has no index, and my page 96
corresponds to the page 113 on the Web site. Very
frustrating. I don't have any desire to have a new
edition.
I assume Kearny's estate, since he died last year

also not collecting royalties. However, there seems
to be a new edition advertised at
