Kerry on Yucca Mt.

The Senator is entitled to his opinion relative to Yucca Mt., but he's not

offering an alternative. Does that mean he's opposed to radioactive waste

disposal altogether or just in Nevada? Is he suggesting that if he's elected

he'll start the whole process over again someplace else? The article raises

more questions than it answers.
