Re: UNH Announces System to Track Radioactive Materials
Russ,
I am currently using an inexpensive but powerful software for source
inventory tracking that we recently purchased from a local (N.H.)
vendor. It tracks limits, warns you when limits are being exceeded,
tracks sources by users and locations, tracks training and instrument
calibration locations and due dates, and can be used with text reports
from dosimetry vendors to generate state or NRC reports for annual
reporting requirements. It is easy to use and generate reports for each
field. In addition it has a handy energy and half life look-up module.
If you or anyone else would like more information, you can contact me by
e-mail.
