FYI.  The Monterey Institute Center for Nonproliferation Studies has

published new book on nuclear terrorism, "The Four Faces of Nuclear

Terrorism." This is a comprehensive review of the subject that includes

nuclear devices and RDDs.  It's posted on the  CNS web site,

www.cns.miis.edu and is expected to be available in hard copy later this

month.
