ANSI N14.1

Does anyone out there have a copy of this standard? 1990 preferably, but I assume newer would work also.  49 CFR 173.420 references this standard and I was wondering if someone could just summarize what the cleaning of cylinders would consist of, and also what the periodic inspection was consisting of.  Any help would be appreciated.
