Re: Andy Karam on NPR
Why would you expect anyone who does not understand
the technical details nuclear reactors to know about
make-up water? How much do you know about the
operations of a tomakac fusion reactor? I could
describe it, but I am certainly not qualified to tell
you about the design of the magnetic confinement
field.
It is important to ensure that your audience,
technical and non-technical, pro-nuclear and
anti-nuclear, are clear about what you are talking.
We may have known about the make-up water, but would
your spouse have from listening to Andy?
By the way, when were you at AFFRI? I was there from
1978 to 1982, and 1987 to 1990.
