U of Illionois News Release - research Reactor Decommissioning

I saw a recent news release - from yesterday in fact - from the U of I

that stated that:



 



 "Congress recently authorized funding to assist with the start of the

decommissioning process of selected inactive reactors, including the one

at Illinois."



 



I was not aware of this - is there anyone out there who can point me to

this authorization?
