Spreadsheet Version of NUREG/CR-6345 "Radiation Dose Estimates ForRadiopharmaceuticals"
Hello MedPhys and RadSafer's:
FYI, a copy of an Excel spreadsheet that calculates organ doses and EDE
is now available from the AMRSO website. You can download it from the
following URL:
http://www.geocities.com/amrso2k/files.html
It is located under the "Tables" section of the downloads page. The
original NUREG listed dosimetry tables for a number of common
radiopharmaceuticals, used in nuclear medicine. The spreadsheet
reproduces each table and allows the user to input an administered dose
and calculates the total dose in rad for each listed organ and the EDE.
Also, at this link you will find a separate download link with a
spreadsheet for the radiopharmaceutical 3H-Norepinephrine, which wasn't
included in the original reference. (Thanks to Carl Bergsagel of the
VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle, WA)
For those of you who need to quickly evaluate radiopharmaceutical doses
for clinical or research purposes, you may find these spreadsheets of
some value.
Please note: These tables are for adult dosimetry only, if you need
pediatric dosimetry, please refer to this link:
