In Search of Neutron Rem Meter for Environmental Monitoring

We want to buy a neutron rem meter for low-level environmental monitoring.

The meter would be used in unrestricted areas near an 11 MeV cyclotron

facility and near facilities that use Am-241:Be nuclear gauges, to verify

that public dose limits are not being exceeded.



 



What types of meters would work best?  Any special features to look for?
