This is one of the most severe critizism from (not only) European media-scientists. To reduce hypothetical death of several, sacrificing hundreds or thousands of victims to an entertainment format is a crime.

- Yes, I know, what a crime is, for all of you "hardliners" in the USA. To use the tragic death of thousands of people by terroristic attacks in the USA for political goals is in our European opinion another crime. Nobody in the USA seems to care of the death of tens and hundreds of thousand victims on catastrophes in Bangla-Desh, India, and

where-so-ever- To claim the possession of weapons of mass destruction by a poverty stricken country as a reason to conquer this country (which has not been successful anyway) is another crime, not to talk about the torture allegations at Abu Graibh by a country which claims to be the hoard of democracy and human rights.  



Using the entertainmemt format will soon reduce at US stations all credibility of scientists to zero, unless they show at shows an everlasting smile, probably perfect breasts (if female), supporting what the shows aims at.
