International shipping regs

RADSAFERs,



 I'm trying to find the applicable regulations for shipping radioactive material overseas (from U.S.).  Specifically, I'm trying to find the accepted "radioactive material" definition.  In the past, I used "IAEA Safety Standard Series, Regulations for safe transport of radioactive material, (TS-R-1)"



Is this the prevailing document for international radioactive material transport?  I'm also trying to figure out how the IATA standards fit in with an overseas shipment.  Any help is appreciated.
