[ RadSafe ] ORE management of subcontractors in NPP

Dear Radsafers,
 
In Korea, NPP has some subcontractors for maintenance, repair and some miscellaneous works of NPP. 

The owner of NPP manage the ORE of these subcontractor's personnel by the Korean nuclear law. 

I want to know ORE management system of subcontractor's personnel in your country. 

Among NPP, subcontractor and government, who reads TLD and  manages records of subcontractor's 

personnel?
And the articles about ORE management system are also needed.(documents, law, homepage, internet link...) 

Please let me know about this.
