Your room is about 100 cubic meters. For that, ICRP-30 gives doses in 
10^-15 Sv/hr per Bq/m^3 as follows: Gonads-3.1,  breast -1.6, R marrow 
-1.6, lungs - 1.2, bone surf - 0.43, st wall - 0.58, kidneys - 0.54, 
liver - 0.51, spleen - 0.61, adrenals - 0.53,
