Dear John:

If the data were collected and analysis by the government agencies, it
would need me on more to worry.

1, If the cancer deaths , even the incidence were there, the dependeant of
the family, or themself would step out and the media would hotly report
everyday. I do know cancer really take 20 years to develope, but based on
the incident experience, if chronic radiation could prevent cancers. it
would prevent to develop right away

2, There were so a lot data about atomic survivor in RERF report, the
number of survivors was ok, the doses for groups were with too many
uncertainty, the cancer deaths caused by radiation did have significance,
low doses 15 mSv/y ,> 5 mSv/y and> 1 mSv/y(regulated by Taipei city
government) are still followed up if they wish go to the chartered
hospitals. the residents< 1 mSv/y might also ask for a free examination.

4, It is impossible to have correct doses, the NIOSH experts had doses for
four people still with uncertanity, they estimated the high doses up to
500 times of natural background meant more thing.

5, The world want the contaminated incident in Taiwan to be done, it
might benefit the world!
