In my opinion the public is starting to think with their pocket-book
and less about the political rhetoric that fosters the "fear of
anything radioactive or emits radiation." The public is beginning to
understand that perhaps nuclear energy isn't really all that bad.
Consider the number of reactor-years of excellent operating
experience, with a few minor blips along the way, no other industry
can boast this safety record. The public in many countries are
becoming fed-up with their politicians who are pushing their own
agendas and the public doesn't see them as looking out for the public
good.

Perhaps there is a Renaissance looming for nuclear energy world-wide.
