[ RadSafe ] did everyone get this email?

Dear RADSAFers,

I have been on the list serve for many years now. Every time I see this type of conflict (and there have been many), it seems to be associated with the same person. I would recommend that the time has come for the moderator to terminate the privileges of anyone that makes unprofessional, insulting, and personal posts. Perhaps one infraction per year could be tolerated, after which the individual would be removed for a year. I'm disappointed that we as a HP family would tolerate this element and allow it to generate conflict.

People ("gentlemen" does NOT apply in this case) cool your jets.

While I agree with aspects of Mr. Davis' assessment of Franz's post in this instance, his post doesn't belong on Radsafe. It should have been sent by private email. The same could be said for Franz' original reply to Casper's post and his reaction to MD's post. All are rude, childish and unprofessional. Ms. Benge, I apologize on behalf of them, and hope you won't judge the rest of us by the actions of a few.

Please keep your posts to Radsafe sane, professional and radiation related. Others are watching us and I hate going into the field and having to try to explain this type of post to people whom I'm trying to gain their respect.

Thank you Michael for moderating Radsafe and than you Marcel for taking over. You've taken on a task as difficult as herding cats and managing a preschool daycare center at the same time.

I was surprised to receive this email from the group. Professional disagreement is one thing, but this is just plain rudeness and nastiness.

Mr Davis Mitchell,

First I laughed on your ridiculous comment, while still laughing I would recommend you to again block my e-mail address or at least not answer to my comments, or if you cannot avoid it, to answer to me privately, because it might be very negative for your business and I will do whatever I can to teach you how to behave. I have already taken action. While the discussion has been at RADSAFE about two or three postings of Sandy about his company you have according to what I have saved until now used RADSAFE only to advertise your "courses on NORM".

You must have been very drunk or intoxicated by other chemicals, that you have not even been able to write my name correctly. From my postings you should know better about my expertise. I am not providing you with my CV, unless you offer me a very well paid job.

Your other comments are funny and I will provide them to my friends, just for illustration how ridiculous some people who claim to be in the Radiation Protection Community might be.

Franz
