[ RadSafe ] RadSafe rules (both general as technical)

Hi Marcel,
Thanks for everything your doing on our behalf. I am sure we all greatly 
appreciate your efforts. Since your "list" is very long I would like to offer a 
short version of communicating with each other that I like to remember (besides 
staying on the topic of radiation safety):

"SAY WHAT YOU MEAN, MEAN WHAT YOU SAY, BUT DON'T SAY IT MEAN"
