[ RadSafe ] Re: dumbing down

When I was growing up the 1950's there was an
"education crisis" because the Soviet Union had
launched an artificial satellite and put a man in
space.  What we have now is the latest "crisis."  The
solutions are always the same.  Are you willing to pay
for better teachers?
