A few short years ago, noone could *fathom* that a bunch of airline passengers and a few airline pilots would collude to intentionally fly airliners into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

Are you telling me that the over 200,000 Homeland Security Personnel (and all the leaders who set the current security policy) are simply in need of the "help of a trained counselor?"
