Well we are siting on our asses here in the States just talking about how important training is.... we "ALL" needs to become very pro-active in this area ...otherwise enjoy the stupidity.........

the real need is for critical thinking. I can train anyone to read a meter, 
understanding that meter and it's readings implications are another story.
