I might be able to find out from one of the historical preservation 
specialists about the Alpha One racetracks.  I suspect they are gone, 
though.  I helped with a campaign to persuade DOE to preserve the Beta 3 
building and racetracks; this facility being considered one of the three 
Manhattan Project Signature Facilities in Oak Ridge.  During a tour of 
that facility we were shown an alpha calutron that had been set aside 
for the Smithsonian.  I got the impression that was the last one.
