[ RadSafe ] World's First Floating Nuclear Power Plant to Be Constructed in Russia [??!!]

Actually, Russia put it first floating reactor in service with the first
nuclear vessel it launched some years ago.  Like wise several other
countries have floating reactors in service and have had for  some time
including the US.

I think not! The U.S. Army's Sturgis is still floating in the James River
the last time I checked. It was floating in the Panama City harbor when it
last produced power.
