JAYCOR requires a Health Physicist to provide dosimetry research support 
for a program that provides radiation exposure data for veterans.  
Position requires analyzing and interpreting various data and source
documents including dosimetery records, reconstructions, historical
radiological reports, and reconstruction methodologies and models.
Responsible for the correct application of exposure histories for over
200,000 individuals.  Also requires drafting responses to technical
questions concerning radiation exposure and health effects issues.
     Must have strong analytical and communication skills and be 
knowledgeable about low-level ionizing radiation issues.  Must have BS in
radiological science or related field, and minimum of two years of 
applicable experience.  Knowledge of DOD/DOE requirements/regulations and
health physics certification desirable.
