29 Sep 1993, 58 FR 50859-50866 NRC publishes proposed rule
restoring generic exemption from annual fees (back to the
proposed rule stage).

Tony B. makes a good point about the lack of comments sent
to NRC, EPA, etc. on rulemaking petitions and proposals.
The petition for more disposal options for H-3 and C-14
trash needs our input. Squeaky wheel gets the most attention....
