BELLE and Hormesis

Having read the Feb. HPJ book review on Biological Effects of Low Level 
Exposures to Chemicals and Radiation, I am interested in finding more 
information on these subjects.  I am aware of Prof. Luckey's book, 
Radiation Hormesis.  However, could anyone suggest additional references?

Also, are there any other listservers or newsgroups that touch on this 
subject?
