For all you folks who need information on NESHAP and radionuclide releases,
the EPA has a bulliten board that has the documents you need. The 
information is as follows:

This directory has the following items available for downloading:

Document # EPA 520/1-89-002 Rev 2 entitled "A Guide for Determining 
Compliance with the clean Air Act Standards for Radionuclide Emissions 
from NRC Licensed and Non-DOE Federal Facilities"

Document # EPA 520/1-89-003 Rev 2 entitled "Users Guide for the Comply Code"

The COMPLY program.


All these items require PKUNZIP to uncompress them after downloading. If 
you don't think you have PKUNZIP, check your Directories. Some commercial 
software uses it and it may be on your system. The file is PKUNZIP.EXE.
