Chemoluminesence shows up in the very lowest channels of an LSC spectrum.
Tritium occupies the first 400 or so channels and is quite distinct.
Our instrument also reports a number that corresponds to the random
coincidence rate due to high singles rate in the PMTs from Chemolum.
You can also discriminate against "glowing" samples by raising the LLD
slightly on LSCs that can't output the spectral shape.
