I seems to me that what is helping to mold our thinking as HP's concerning
the low dose issue is the current regulatory environment that insists on
perpetuating the "Radiation BAD" philosophy. Because of this we are
presented with the problem of having to conform to regulations that we
know to be in some cases over-zelous, but where we really have no choice
but to cause our users to conform to them, which just perpetuates the
issue. It eventually gets to the point where we start thinking
unconsiously along these lines, because we have been conditioned to by the
regulations. You can only wipe a dog so long without breaking its
spirit.....
