The complete title is Interpretation of Bioassay Measurements.

NUREG/CR-4884        BNL-NUREG-52063

I beleive you can order it from either the Government Printing Office or
from NTIS (National Technical Information Service).  It was published in
July 1987.  Hope this helps.


The retention function I listed is in NUREG 4884 on page B-758.
