HELP: who is the author?

I got a paper in the San Francisco HPS meeting, entitled " A Preliminary
Comparison of Two Techniques for Bioassy of Urine for Plutonium". I cannot
figure out who wrote the paper, because no names were printed on it, and 
no abstract for this paper in the meeting programm booklet.

Anybody over there who happens to know the author please send me an email
